Abstract

In helicopter satellite communications, the periodic blockage of the received signal and the carrier frequency ?uctuations are the most important problems. This paper propose the space signal processing with time diversity combining scheme for helicopter satellite communications. In the proposed scheme, a space signal processing combining with time diversity tracks the carrier frequency ?uctuations due to Doppler shift . Results of computer simulation show that the proposed scheme improves the BER performance of the previous conventional scheme.
