Abstract

This research aims to implement the semantic web learning resource domain. Application of semantic web by utilizing RAP library is a RDF Api, SPARQL as a query to access RDF, and PHP as server side scripting language. Steps being taken in this research include analysis of system requirements, data collection, design, coding, testing. The results of this research is a semantic web that helps in the search for learning resource.
