Abstract

A number of Analytical Models have been proposed during the past 15 years for assessing the reliability of a software system. This current study, presents an overview of the key modeling approaches to Software Reliability, limitations of the modeling, Evaluation and Comparison Criteria for software reliability models, methods and problems of software reliability estimations.
